Hakkoda Samurai – Freeride&Backcountry

This is Bluemoris’ most versatile board, created for the daunting runs of the treacherous Hakkoda Mountains in Aomori, Japan. This is a haven for extreme backcountry and freeriding fanatics and so the board is targeted at riders who like to ride the hardest of lines. At the same time, the board remains quite classic in shape, with a standard camber construction, allowing users from intermediate to expert to get maximum enjoyment! The Samurai rides as good as it looks, with a superfast sintered base, which sticks to the piste at high speed. The aggressive camber provides great response at pace, and the carbon beams laced throughout the poplar wood core give enough pop to fire you round the mountain with both control and power. The use of Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and Thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) for the top sheet ensures a combination of resilience without compromising on the lightweight structure of the board. This also allows the Samurai to be light and poppy enough to be fun through the park. This Board would be ideal for an intermediate to advanced rider (or a brave learner!)
