However, the same day shipment will be accepted by 12:00 pm. After that, we will dispatch your order in the following day.

As for returns in online orders for refunds, please contact us before you returning through email. This should be made within 2 weeks (10 working days).
For your returning, please use the Royal Mail Recorded service since their delivery office is just next to our shop. They could keep your returned items safely. Under the current difficult situation effected by the spread of coronavirus and for the UK government requirement, our staff is not always in our shop. Therefore, receiving your returned items might be delayed. Consequently, our refunds will be made within 5 business days from the day on which we receive returned items.
