Heating pads are activated by air after unwrapping the package. After approximately 30 mintues the full heating capacity of 55° C will be reached. Enjoy 8 hours of warmth.

1. Open the plastic wrapper (product automatically activated by air – only open before immediate use) and take out the heating pad.
2. Place the heating pad into the glove’s heating pocket.
3. After approximately 30 minutes the full heating capacity of 55° C will be reached.
   Enjoy 8 hours of warmth.
4. After use dispose in household waste (Non-Toxic)
